Job Title: Vice President of Fixed Income

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Fixed Income to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the Fixed Income and Currencies business in Australia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored risk management solutions.
  • Originating business opportunities with existing and new clients, providing advisory on risk management and building deal pipelines in collaboration with the Global Markets teams.
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain awareness of SG's FX & Rates strengths and offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with other salespersons in the region and globally as well as other departments and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering.
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets.
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with Australian Corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate business and key decision drivers.
  • Strong technical knowledge on Fixed Income and Currencies products, particularly IRS/XCCY/FX/FXO/ Structured Investment solutions.
