Job Title: Vice President - Fixed Income

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Fixed Income team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building out the Fixed Income and Currencies Corporate business in Australia, working closely with the Global Markets division to deliver innovative hedging solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the FIC Corporate flow business with Australian Corporates and develop business opportunities
  • Originate business opportunities with existing and new clients, providing advisory on risk management and building deal pipelines
  • Develop strong pricing and execution abilities in FX and Interest rates derivatives, as well as structured investment solutions
  • Prepare pitchbooks, market comments, term sheets, and other marketing materials
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain awareness of SG's FX & Rates strengths and offerings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or Engineering
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with Australian Corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of the corporate business and key decision drivers
