Job Title: Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in the Australian mining industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share in the Australian mining industry.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers in mining companies across Australia.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian mining industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the mining industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a clear vision for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiencies and drive business growth.
