Job Title: Vice President of Sales and Operations

Razor Labs Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Operations to lead our sales and delivery efforts in the Australian mining sector.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing on-site technology deployments, and building strong client relationships. As Vice President of Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for spearheading business development, expanding our market presence, and ensuring successful project delivery across Australia's key mining regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership & Business Development: Act as the key sales leader, identifying and closing new business opportunities in the Australian mining industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with executives and decision-makers in mining companies across Australia, promoting the benefits of our technology solutions to meet operational challenges.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the local market to identify emerging opportunities in regions such as the Pilbara and Queensland coalfields.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with expertise in sales, account management, and project delivery.
  • At least 10 years of experience with a leading hardware OEM (sensors/IoT) or technology provider, demonstrating a strong track record of successful technology deployment.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving quotas and driving new business in the mining technology or related sector.
  • Strong experience in managing on-site technology deployments (sensors, IoT, software) and leading projects from sales through to successful delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian mining landscape, including regulatory requirements and operational challenges.
