This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to enhance our loyalty program.
- Support lifecycle strategies and loyalty initiatives.
- Deliver and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels using Emarsys or similar platforms.
- Set up and support automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain dashboards and campaign reports, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Assist in loyalty program communications, promotions, and member engagement tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
You will work closely with different teams to ensure alignment and drive meaningful change.
Our ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, proficient in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows.
They have a strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing, and are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
