Senior Manager, Loyalty and Retention

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development of our customer loyalty and retention strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering data-driven strategies that drive customer growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation through personalisation and automation, creating tailored experiences that strengthen customer connections.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to seamlessly embed loyalty initiatives across every customer touchpoint.
  • Stay ahead of martech trends and loyalty best practices to keep Mable at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer loyalty and retention strategies.
  • Expertise in personalisation and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage insights from customer behaviour and program performance.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
