Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer loyalty programs and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including card and collateral design/production. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support the creative brief and communications.

In addition, the candidate will partner with product owners to develop strategy and implement new loyalty initiatives. They will also measure and report loyalty KPIs, analyzing trends in the membership base.

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to bring cross-functional teams together to achieve shared goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a dedicated marketing role, preferably in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
