
Customer Loyalty Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Loyalty Strategist to drive the development and execution of our loyalty proposition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving simplification and velocity in delivery through disciplined execution focus.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition that drives growth in customers, deposits & Bank of Choice. You will also develop pricing, commercial modelling, customer value and differentiating features and rewards.
In this role, you will ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility. You will lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior loyalty program coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy and execution.
- Financial modelling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working.
- Experience with effectively engaging and influencing a wide array of senior stakeholders, a high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies.

- Preferred experience in Financial Services or P&L management.
