About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Supervisor to join our team at Pet Circle. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outbound logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the picking, packing, dispatch, and staging teams to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive their orders on time.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all staff are inducted and compliant with all WHS and company policies, as well as any legislative requirements.
  4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of our outbound operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reports on operational performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  2. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
  4. Technical Skills: Forklift license desirable but not essential.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
