The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our extensive fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fleet maintenance schedules to ensure optimal vehicle performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage and coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee the management of vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, and minimize the environmental impact of our fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with our logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, transportation logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
