Job Description

IntraSpace Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our logistics team to ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the logistics team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to achieve Delivery In Full, On Time (DIFOT) targets.
  • Act as a safety representative to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients requiring tracking information.
  • Support the installation team as needed.

Key Tasks:

  • Picking and packing of orders.
  • Receiving and dispatch of goods.
  • Printing of picking slips and invoices.
  • Forklift driving.
  • Unloading containers.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Wrapping and addressing pallets and boxes.
  • Participating in stock counts.
  • Assembly and installations.
  • Carrying out warehouse and factory duties.
  • Adhering to safe working procedures at all times.
  • Inventory management, including full control of inventory and stock takes.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license (MR would be an advantage).
  • Intermediate skill levels in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience working with Netsuite would be a distinct advantage.
  • Good people skills to coach, lead, and empower staff.
  • Attitude and willingness to work and learn.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be based on experience and the level of responsibility taken on.

Working Hours:

Normal working hours will be 7.00am to 4.30pm.

Leadership Training:

Leadership training will be considered for the right candidate.
