Customer Service Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with billing enquiries, payments, and resolving customer issues in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements:

You should have a strong ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and think clearly when dealing with complex customer issues. Additionally, you should possess a high level of product knowledge and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
