ActewAGL Retail's Energy Sales and Solutions team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the opportunity of an Energy Sales Specialist.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in customer engagement and energy solutions will make a real impact.About the RoleAs an Energy Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in customer retention and acquisition through outbound call campaigns.
You'll be responsible for:Promoting ActewAGL's energy products and servicesDriving acquisition and retention through inbound/outbound callsManaging customer accounts and resolving issuesCompleting administrative tasks and maintaining data integrityCollaborating with team members to meet sales targetsReporting competitor activity and contributing to team cultureWhat You'll BringQualifications & Experience:Proficiency in Velocity and Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of electricity and gas churn processesExperience in residential and business energy offersProven customer service and sales experienceAbility to multitask and solve problems efficientlySkills & Attributes:Achievement-oriented and resilientSafety-focused with attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCustomer-centric mindsetStrong digital and problem-solving skillsEffective time management and team collaborationWhy Join ActewAGL?
