Behavioural Support Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.

  • Develop tailored support plans in collaboration with Allied Health Professionals.
  • Work closely with clients of all ages, including children and adults, with diverse intellectual and psychosocial diagnoses.
  • Identify and implement strategies to reduce restrictive practices.

This is a full-time position that offers flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop behaviour analysis support plans and assessments.
  2. Liaise with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Provide behavioural interventions in group and individual settings.
  4. Design and implement program designs based on evidence-based theories.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Capability Framework.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
