Behavioural Support Specialist
This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred services to diverse clients with varying needs.
The Behaviour Support Practitioner will provide support for individuals with complex disability, mental health issues, and trauma-based presentations. This includes conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and facilitating delivery of clinical frameworks and activities.
The position is based in Pennant Hills and may require travel within the Sydney metropolitan area. There is also an option to work from home for administrative tasks.
About You:
- A tertiary qualification in Psychology or a related field relevant to behaviour support
- Experience providing direct behaviour support and registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and/or experiences of trauma who have complex needs
