Customer Service Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort & Novotel Darwin Airport Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain strict security procedures, including credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, and guest confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with guests and hotel departments, both verbally and in writing.
- Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office or hotel outlets is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, preferably in Opera Cloud.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver efficient customer service.
