Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort & Novotel Darwin Airport Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for handling guest enquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries and bookings in a timely and courteous manner.
- Use sound product knowledge to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out during peak periods.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in an efficient and professional manner.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar reservations environment or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Competent knowledge of OPERA Cloud preferred.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
