POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for skilled Operations Area Managers to oversee our Customer Fulfillment operations at our Robotics Fulfillment Center.

As an Operations Area Manager, you will take charge of guiding and nurturing a team of associates in various operational segments, including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, or shipping. Your focus will be on enhancing the efficiency of our delivery systems, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled with speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will ensure seamless workflows and strive to exceed customer expectations.

WORK SCHEDULE

The work schedule consists of 4 days on followed by 3 days off, with shifts running from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a team of associates, fostering their development.
  • Uphold Health and Safety standards within your area while promoting a positive safety culture.
  • Set performance goals and objectives to meet customer service expectations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to create plans that align with business goals.
  • Work with management to establish and maintain quality control standards.
  • Analyze work forecasts to determine daily production requirements to achieve overall operational objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven managerial experience with large teams, demonstrating strong motivational skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of complex processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Direct management experience with employee performance oversight.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and process enhancement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
