Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Transfer stock to designated storage areas in accordance with company procedures.
- Picking and Packing: Pick stock to picking lanes in line with company procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the DC Team to develop and implement improved procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all WH&S policies and procedures, and reporting any incidents or hazards to the DC Manager.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
- Qualifications: LF & LO license required, with warehouse experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong safety focus, knowledge of safe manual handling, and excellent communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive and can-do attitude, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Competitive Salary: Annual base salary $62,000 + super.
- Casual Position: $32 - $35 hourly rate + super.
