We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and working closely with other Area Managers and support staff to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work closely with other Area Managers and support staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement plans to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree.
  • People-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Loves to analyze problems and develop solutions.
  • Solution-oriented with a strong focus on results.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possesses leadership qualities and is able to motivate and inspire others.
Preferred Qualifications
