What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team and develop digital products that solve user problems, enhance engagement, and meet business objectives through innovative design solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Establish a clear design vision that supports the overall product strategy and contributes to the roadmap for future growth.
  • Harmonise technological feasibility, user requirements, and business goals to deliver well-rounded, practical design solutions.
  • Work closely with IT, marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate design research, data, and market analysis into the product development process.
  • Advocate for and implement industry best practices and emerging trends in design.
  • Share insights and knowledge through presentations, workshops, and internal communications to inspire and educate the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in designing and shipping digital products and systems that solve real problems.
  • Qualification in Product Design, Graphic Design, Service Design or a related field.
  • Experience in enhancing the UX of complex systems, paying special attention to form, touchpoints, and functionality across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Appreciation and understanding of the entire product development process, from problem-solving and system modeling to detailed UI, visual, and interaction design.
  • Skill in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
  • Understanding of component-based design systems that can be applied at scale.
  • Ability to communicate the rationale behind design proposals and explain complex design problems to people across the company.
