About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the development of a brand-new product from inception. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning through to hands-on execution, in close collaboration with experienced leaders across product, engineering, and business units.

As a mid-senior level product innovator, you will have high visibility and impact, driving initiatives independently and evolving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively to define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan for a new product.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and CX teams to deliver value quickly and iteratively.
  • Engage stakeholders across the business to align goals and communicate progress.
  • Create clear documentation including product strategies, proposals, and initiation briefs.
  • Drive commercial outcomes by identifying opportunities to scale and grow the product.
  • Make timely decisions, take accountability, and maintain momentum even in ambiguity.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience taking a digital product from concept to market, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong executional capability and a bias for action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort writing strategic documents.
  • Highly self-driven and proactive, with a curious mindset and willingness to ask questions.
  • Confident working independently and making trade-offs without waiting for perfect clarity.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to build strong relationships across disciplines.
  • Bonus: experience in fintech or payments (not essential – domain expertise can be learned).
