Digital Business Analyst Role Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to support our Product team in driving innovation and transforming customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the product lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for reference and clarity.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to align on product goals and outcomes.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support A/B testing and data analysis efforts to inform product improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a business analyst role, analysing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and data-driven methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
  • Knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design principles and technical oversight.
