Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to play a crucial role in advancing our digital strategy. As a key member of the team, you will lead the development of digital products that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include creating well-defined product roadmaps, collaborating with internal and external delivery partners, and ensuring initiatives are executed to maximise value for customers, team members, and external partners.

You will champion your products and manage their lifecycle to ensure continuous success. This will involve engaging with customers and users to understand their needs and bringing these insights to the organisation and your delivery team.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will participate in side-by-side listening sessions with team members to better understand the needs of customers and team members in relation to features and user stories. You will also take part in customer research, sharing outcomes and insights with the delivery team to help them understand the purpose behind the products they are developing.

You will translate research findings into well-rounded features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure the product embodies the voice of the customer and user.

Furthermore, you will collaborate across relevant departments and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of your roadmap and product visions with our strategy and fiscal year objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in Agile principles and have a deep understanding of your role within the Scrum team. You will also need proven expertise in customer journey mapping and user story development.

In addition, you will be skilled in facilitating workshops and showcases with stakeholders, guiding them through the product journey to incorporate their specialised insights into product considerations.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and prioritising product opportunities that are customer-centric and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Digital Product Manager or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in Agile principles and Scrum methodology
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and user story development
