About the Role
This exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled professional to join our team in an administration role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of business systems, processes and procedures which support service delivery.
- Prepare and process high-level correspondence and documentation in accordance with approved protocols and maintain necessary records.
- Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems, processes and procedures and prepare correspondence of an administrative nature.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to complement service delivery.
- Research information systems to obtain relevant information to support operational activities.
- Review files to identify suitable cases for rehabilitation programs.
- Provide administrative support at court proceedings and meetings.

- A proven track record of working in an administration environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
