About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled professional to join our team in an administration role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and review of business systems, processes and procedures which support service delivery.
  • Prepare and process high-level correspondence and documentation in accordance with approved protocols and maintain necessary records.
  • Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems, processes and procedures and prepare correspondence of an administrative nature.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to complement service delivery.
  • Research information systems to obtain relevant information to support operational activities.
  • Review files to identify suitable cases for rehabilitation programs.
  • Provide administrative support at court proceedings and meetings.
