
Office Administrator/Coordinator

ABS Service Solutions, currently has a great opportunity for an experienced Office administrator/Coordinator to join our established, well-respected technical team in Townsville North Queensland.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar support role previously, for a minimum of 3 years with advantageous prior exposure to trade base environments. A professional and polished demeanour with attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication skills, are essentials for this important new, team role.
Office Administration/Coordinator:
Provide office and business administrative support to ensure office operations and processes run smoothly and in compliance to company policies.
Work closely with our office team, this position will provide a variety of administrative supporting tasks whilst assisting the Office manager makes the best use of his/her time in the running of the day to day operations.
- Provide diary/calendar management and support within the administrative office.
- Assist with overall administration requirements regarding day to day operations.
- Filing and data management as required.
- Customer service.
- Phone and data entry support.
- Accounts experience.
- Produce and complete company documents for management preparedness.
- Office Coordination to ensure an efficient and effective functioning environment.
- Preparation for meetings and presentations.
- Minute taking and distribution of minutes/agendas for any meetings.
- The monitoring and updating of documents and process as required.
Qualification required:
- Previous experience in office environment.
- Experience in supporting Senior Leaders.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Effective in managing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
In this role you will oversee the secretarial and administrative duties, providing an effective workflow for management in order to support company affairs. Essentially we are looking for an individual with leadership qualities who strives for excellence in process organisation, presentation and communication.
The role requires you to be a team key player, representative of the company, client facing, liaising and coordinating between all different customers and stakeholders.
