The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a hunter mindset professional, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and other outbound lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales demonstrations of the software to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their needs and highlighting tailored solutions
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using Hubspot
  • Work closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with our GTM launch

Requirements

  • Software-as-a-service or solution-focused sales industry experience
  • Full sales cycle experience, handling all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Hunter Mindset, highly motivated to seek out new business opportunities and driven by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Outbound sales expertise with a proven track record in outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting
