About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational team manager to lead our real estate team.

• Provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and task management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate

• Previous leadership experience with a proven track record of success

• Current Driver's License with a well-maintained vehicle for business use

• Experience in leading and mentoring staff, with a focus on employee development and retention

• Ability to clarify goals and tasks, gather ideas for improvement, appraise performance, and counsel team members effectively

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to represent the company at external events
