Job Role:

We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee our cleaning and trolley collection operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be proactive, and have a passion for retail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily cleaning and trolley collection tasks to ensure high standards are maintained.

  • Work closely with store leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of improvement, and upcoming priorities.
  • Coach employees to increase productivity and job satisfaction through succession planning.
  • Manage time and attendance activities for the team members.
  • Purchase necessary supplies and equipment within allocated budgets.
