We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our team's operations in East Melbourne.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a horticulture professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of Ground Persons to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective liaison and communication
  • Managing projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of agreed outcomes
  • Providing hands-on maintenance services, including ride on mower operation

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to various landscape management duties as required, including:

  • Mowing
  • Mulching
  • Pest and disease identification
  • Hedging and weeding
  • Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A horticulture qualification
  • A valid white card
  • Chemcert
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams
