Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients across various industries.

You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our clients. This includes providing tailored insights and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

  • Managing a portfolio of clients with a customer-centric approach
  • Collaborating with Product Partners and the credit team to structure deals
  • Working with lending services to minimize provisions
  • Building valued relationships with operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce non-lending losses
  • Applying strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills to make recommendations
  • Managing compliance and assessing new and existing transactions
  • Ensuring adherence to Group Audit requirements and meeting QA and Audit compliance standards
  • Demonstrating expertise in Commercial mid-market & specialist segment domains
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends, economic trends, and market forces

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial banking products and financial analysis. You should also be able to identify financial opportunities for clients and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
