About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our target customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional sales performance.
With direction from your Channel Manager and working closely with local Repco Store Managers, you will utilize our newly introduced CRM Platform and best-in-class promotional activity to engage and develop exceptional customer relationships, ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve sales budgets and drive business growth.
- Liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, identify opportunities, and measure sales performance.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An interest in the automotive industry, along with sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred).
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
