Job Opportunity: Human Resources Advisor

The role of Human Resources Advisor is pivotal in delivering end-to-end support to employees and leaders across human resources, employee relations, and organisational development.

This position works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to provide support and advisory services across recruitment, performance management, industrial relations, and organisational change.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will provide best practice HR services to support the organisation in effectively managing its people, achieving business outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
  • Contribute to organisational development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Significant experience working in a Human Resources generalist environment
  • Sound knowledge of industrial relations legislation and best practice
  • Ability to interpret legislation and Awards/Agreements in an effective manner
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
