Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. In this key role, you will provide expert advice and guidance on all facets of human resources management.

This is a generalist HR role that encompasses recruitment, employee onboarding, learning & development, succession planning, performance management, and benefits administration. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR initiatives, policies, procedures, systems, and issues.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a medium to large organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
