Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team. As a Trade Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive and mechanical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw on your mechanical and auto parts knowledge to provide technical support and product advice to customers.
  • Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, focusing on coaching and development.
  • C coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Sound computer skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Availability to work alternating weekends and hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
