About the role:

Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role, you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers regarding technical & sales enquiries.

Other requirements:

  • Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment
  • Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, focusing on coaching & development
  • Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Sound computer skills
  • Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure store success
  • Availability to work alternating weekends
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time

Note: This role will require lifting, bending, climbing, & safe driving.
