Job Title: Bids Manager\

The Bids Manager will be responsible for managing and developing competitive tenders, providing strategic advice to senior leaders, and coordinating bid teams through presentations.

  • Effectively produce and manage high-quality bids following the firm's framework.\
  • Counsel Partners and pitch teams on achieving the best outcome for the firm.\
  • Guide opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with firm criteria.\
  • Develop compelling value propositions with Partners and subject matter experts.\
  • Write and edit quality content, applying tone of voice guidelines.\
  • Ensure brand-compliant design and formatting of documents.\
  • Support panel arrangement management and bid capability development.\
  • Provide guidance and training to team members.\
  • Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and develop rapport at all levels.\
  • Produce bids, write and edit, and have visual storytelling skills.\
  • Comply with brand guidelines and proficient in Microsoft Office.\
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and ability to learn new software and processes.\
