Our pursuit of excellence requires a dedicated individual to lead our strategic bid efforts.

This role is crucial in helping us deliver high-quality submissions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, aligning teams around a shared message and approach under pressure. Your attention to detail and ability to guide technical minds will be essential in developing messages that resonate with client evaluators.

A background in engineering, construction, infrastructure or property is desirable, but not essential. What's more important is your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and your ability to shape content and push for clarity. As a Strategic Bids Coordinator, you will play a key enabling role in our most important strategic pursuits. You will help drive smarter ways of working across our pursuit activity, support others to build plain English proposals, and contribute to the tools and templates that allow people throughout the business to deliver consistent, high-quality submissions.

**About the position**

Working closely with our Group Strategic Bids Manager, you'll take the lead on strategic bids across our business, bringing together project teams, office leaders and technical specialists to build compelling tender responses. You'll help coach and support others around the business in writing, pitching and storytelling that connects with what our clients care about.

**Your responsibilities**

• Support others to build plain English proposals.
