Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Strategic Bids Coordinator to join our bid team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading strategic bids across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders to lead strategic bids across the business
  • You will bring together project teams and technical specialists to build compelling tender responses
  • You will play a key enabling role in our most important pursuits by helping align teams around a clear client need, bid strategy, and win themes
  • You will drive smarter ways of working across our pursuit activity and support others to build plain English proposals
  • You will contribute to the tools and templates that allow people throughout the business to deliver consistent, high-quality submissions

Requirements:

  • You have experience in managing bids and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • You have strong attention to detail and ability to lead processes that help people work better together under pressure
  • You can guide technical minds to develop messages that resonate with client evaluators
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You can navigate the details of client requirements and work creatively to shape win themes and differentiators

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have previous experience in a professional services or technical environment
  • You have background in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or property
