Vulnerable Family Support Clinical Specialist

This position requires extensive experience in Child & Family Health Nursing (CFHN) along with a demonstrated understanding of early intervention and vulnerability support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage referrals, undertake client engagement and clinical assessments to ensure high-quality services.
- Lead case reviews, provide consultation to team members and relieve staff during short periods of leave.
- Operational management and leadership of home visiting programs for vulnerable families.
- Division 1 Registered Nurse certification with APHRA registration and relevant management qualifications or equivalent work experience.
- Post-registration experience in CFHN is essential.
- Proven track record working with vulnerable populations and demonstrating expertise in early intervention strategies.
Based at Macquarie Hospital, supporting staff across NSLHD regions.
