  • Develop and implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and manage cases involving high-risk clients and families.
  • Participate in court processes, including document preparation and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with families to develop personalized safety plans and address their specific needs.
  • Engage in problem-solving initiatives and collaborate with other agencies to drive positive change.
  • Provide home visits and support families in achieving their goals and improving their wellbeing.
  • Manage complex cases, working closely with high-risk clients and families to ensure their safety and success.
  • Contribute to court proceedings, including preparing documents and attending hearings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant diploma or degree qualification in social work, child protection, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
