Job Summary

The primary goal of the Operations Director is to efficiently manage and oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.



  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, process improvements, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and high-performing work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with staff, customers, suppliers, and management to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and legislation to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of success in managing diverse teams and projects.
  • Experience within mining, heavy industry, or mobile machinery is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills are crucial for this role.
  • Advanced problem-solving ability, coupled with confidence in driving change and making data-driven decisions, is essential for long-term success.
  • Qualifications in Business, Management, or related fields are desirable but not mandatory.
