We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Sales Lead to join our team at OnTalent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects, developing tailored proposals, and providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Leadership: Lead and execute key strategic projects that align with company objectives, from proposal development to national pipeline management.
  • Data Insights: Analyze data, prepare reports, and offer insights that drive sales strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver tenders, create accurate quotes, and support customer communication plans.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of Salesforce, ensuring streamlined operations and effective customer communication.
  • Marketing & Communication: Develop engaging marketing materials, manage social media content, and maintain consistent customer engagement on national campaigns.

 

**Key Competencies:**

  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to interpret data and trends, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: A creative approach to marketing, with experience in digital content creation and social media.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
