**Business Leadership Opportunity**

This is a permanent role that offers a supportive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in management roles with strong business improvement skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide governance services to clients, including project audits, review and provision of solutions to address systemic issues, and management of knowledge assurance.

Lead organizational-wide transformation activities, manage continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize activities and operational efficiency with direct and virtual teams.

Ensure all business administration services meet expectations and drive efficiency.

**Requirements**

7-10 years' experience in a management role
Business Improvement experience
Problem Solving
Strategic Thinking
Stakeholder Management
People Management

**Desirable Skills**

Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in Portfolio and / or Program Management roles
Experience in Operational and/or Management Consulting
Experience in management insights and control frameworks
