The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team working on exciting projects in Water, Defence, and Infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to lead business transformation and change management programmes.

About You

You are a curious and growth-oriented individual, comfortable to pivot and re-set in response to evolving business priorities. You'll have experience supporting and leading successful business transformation and change management programmes. To be successful, you will have the ability to embrace challenges and navigate through ambiguity.

As a key member of the team, you will take a lead role in supporting large change programmes and lead business improvement projects.

You Will Also Be Able To Provide

  • An in-depth understanding of change management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
  • A passion for building client stakeholder relationships and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships externally and internally.

Along with possessing experience in change management, we want to hear from you if you possess the following:

  • Demonstrated proven ability and understanding of business consulting, business transformation, and change management frameworks and processes.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and someone who is able to 'roll up their sleeves' and be outcomes-oriented.
  • Travel to various locations across Australia to work with clients.
