Job Title: Senior Business Analysts

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and traceability activities, supporting program deliverables aligned with the strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate business needs, problems, and opportunities, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Prepare or contribute to business cases defining potential benefits and options for achieving these through new or changed processes.
  • Apply knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques to understand and articulate business processes contributing to business outcomes.
  • Assess and evaluate artefacts such as business requirements, architecture roadmaps, specifications, and feasibility studies.
  • Analyse and decompose complex ICT business problems into manageable activities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and driving scope, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing documents articulating requirements, standard operating procedures, and complex flow via diagrams and pictorial representations.
  • Understanding of Information Technology development principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and critical thinking.
