Transformative Business Improvement Lead

This exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and strategic thinker to lead organisational transformation. As a Senior Business Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for embedding systems thinking and performance measurement across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through the implementation of cutting-edge methodologies and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and capability-building initiatives to upskill and reskill teams.
  • Lead end-to-end service reviews to enhance delivery, reduce costs, and boost revenue.
  • Integrate customer insights into service redesigns to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business cases to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Align service reviews with corporate planning and reporting to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor outcomes from the Financial Sustainability Roadmap to measure progress.
  • Manage consultants to ensure quality insights and tangible results.
  • Oversee benefit realisation reporting across financial and non-financial metrics.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in service planning, strategic analysis, or business improvement within a complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver high-impact projects with significant returns on investment.
