Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably within the mining or construction industries
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner
  • Valid driver's license and current work rights in Australia
