About the Role

Cultivate a positive work environment and motivate your team to achieve store targets. Manage retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and track sales team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintain high standards of store appearance
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, lead and inspire team members to succeed in store

Requirements

  • A proven track record of leadership and sales achievement within a KPI-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or sales role within retail
