We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Boutique Manager to join our team in Kildare Village. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Manage and motivate beauty experts to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.","
  • Achieve sales targets agreed with the area manager through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.","
  • Maintain open communication with store/department managers and area managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.","
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to drive business growth, including in-store and external events, new product releases, and charity events.","
  • Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager immediately.","
  • Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks as needed.","
  • Prepare and manage staff rotas fairly and on a monthly basis.","
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment, including the counter and displays.","
